Not Feeling It? How the Five Love Languages Can Deepen Your Encounter With God
Katherine Stone MGL | 11min
How do you nurture a real relationship with Someone who is invisible, intangible and seemingly inaudible? Gary Chapman’s book The Five Love Languages was written to help couples to understand the different ways that we give and receive love. But his insights are equally applicable to our relationship with God. This workshop unpacks some of the many ways that we can recognise God reaching out to us with love and what our response might look like.
Katherine is a sister with the Missionaries of God's Love here in Melbourne. She has studied theology and spiritual direction and is currently the Sisters' vocations director. Together with Kathryn Kingsley MGL, she hosts a podcast called Contemplating Culture: A missionary walk through a Secular Age, looking at how the Western world got where it is and what this means for sharing the Gospel today.
