Ingrid and Nathan Kensey discuss the vocation, mission and call of each family to make love a normal part of family life. They reflect upon how their families of origin demonstrated love in family life and strove to make love a normal part of daily life, before discussing some of the seemingly insignificant, hidden moments of daily life that are opportunities to show love within the family.
Nathan and Ingrid Kensey live in Canberra and have been married for six years. They have two children, Greta and Bede. Ingrid is a General Practitioner with a particular passion for palliative care and life issues. Nathan is a government lawyer. Nathan, a ‘cradle Catholic’, and Ingrid, who converted to Catholicism in 2015, have been involved in a number of ministries over the years, including prison ministry, involvement in the L’Arche Community, and youth and young adult ministry. Nathan and Ingrid are also members of the Disciples of Jesus Covenant Community.
